CONFIDENTIAL
Combined with the house advantage, your average bet, your time playing, and the pace of the game, a casino can estimate how much it expects to win from you.
These gaming theoretical wins, or “EP” may be calculated by this formula:
Theoretical = Average Bet x Hours Played x Decisions per Hour x House Advantage.
I.e., suppose a baccarat player bets $500 per hand for 12 hours at 60 hands per hour.
Using a house advantage of 1.2%, your worth to the casino would be worth $4,320 (500 x 12 x 60 x . 012).
If you bet $500 per spin for 12 hours in double-zero roulette at 60 spins per hour
You would be worth about $19,000 (500 x 12 x 60 x . 053).
Casinos set complimentary guidelines by giving you back a set percentage of
the earning potential or EP, usually 30%.
